Celebrity Pro Am Classics is proud to confirm that our next event is to held on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd April at the Dona Julia, San Roque & Finca Cortesin golf resorts.

The event will be a 3 day fourball team tournament. Celebrities & golf professional, together with a group of amateurs will play on three stunning golf courses here on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

The first day will be hosted by Dona Julia Golf resort, situated between Marbella and Sotogrande, this golf course is perfectly integrated in the natural environment of the area and stands out for its magnificent views to the Mediterranean and the African coastline.

 

The most notable features of this course is the extensive size of the greens with an average area of 700 m2, some even exceeding 1,000 m2.

 

The golf resort is to include the only 6 star hotel in Europe, the Park Hyatt Casares, due to open at the end of 2008, boasting a with a Driving Range measuring over 300 meters long, a short game area, a 9-hole Par 3 course, two football pitches and an International Golf Academy.

 

The second day will be hosted at the renown San Roque golf resort, playing the highly impressive new course, which is a permanent fixture of the event, as many previous participants have commented on not only, the high standard it offers, but foremost the challenge it presents.

The designs, by the renowned American course designer Perry Dye, incorporate the contours of the San Roque hills, giving golfers wonderful views to the Guadalquiton River and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.

The final day is to be played at Finca Cortesin, designed by Cabell Robinson , a length of 6800 meters and more than 100 bunkers. It is considered one of the best golf courses in Spain . The privileged location of the layout will make the player enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains. It's a very fun golf course for amateurs and a super challenge for professional players.

In the evening, a dinner will accompany the presentation award ceremony, together with guest speakers, a sporting memorabilia auction in aid of Save the Children & a variety of entertainment will cap off the fantastic event.
